Casa Rovai Guest House occupies the first and second floors of a historic Florentine palace in San Pier Maggiore. The property features nine rooms, including six with original 16th-18th century frescoed ceilings and three modern rooms renovated in 2015. All rooms include private bathrooms with showers, memory foam mattresses, air conditioning, LCD TVs with SAT decoders, Wi-Fi, and safes. Rooms overlook quiet inner courtyards. The Suite consists of two connecting rooms (Glicine and Lira) with two private bathrooms, accommodating up to four people.

Breakfast and Common Areas

A buffet breakfast is served from 8:30-10:00 AM in the breakfast room, featuring croissants, homemade cake, yogurt, fresh bread, fruit, cereal, juice, and coffee selections. From November to March, breakfast vouchers are provided for a nearby bakery. Common areas include a reception lounge with guidebooks, a terrace overlooking the main courtyard, tables with coffee/tea service, and a drinking water dispenser (still and sparkling).
